Steps to create Account
1) Open the URL https://developer.salesforce.com/.
click on Sign Up.
2) enter Name, Last name, Email-id, Username.
NOTE: User Name should be in the form of Email-id.

Steps to Login:
Open the URL https://login.salesforce.com/
enter User Name and Password.
